"Fast, Flexible Indiamart-to-Bitrix24 Automation with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Bitrix24?

Our company was looking for a solution to automate the transfer of leads from the Indiamart marketplace to the Bitrix24 CRM in order to get rid of manual transfer of applications. As a result, viasocket turned out to be the most suitable tool for our tasks.

Separately, I would like to note the work of the support service — at the start, the application for connecting to Bitrix24 did not work correctly, but experts quickly suggested an alternative option with direct connection via client_id. In the future, any issues were resolved very quickly, usually within an hour.

I was also pleased with the interface: if you have previously worked with Zapier or Make, it will be very easy to get used to it — the logic of scripts and steps is almost identical. It took only a few minutes to set up the integration we needed.

An additional advantage is the ability to make arbitrary requests to Bitrix24 via the API. Despite the lack of the necessary ready-made node, using the Custom API Request, it was possible to fully implement the necessary logic for transferring data from Indiamart.

What do you like best about Bitrix24?

I love that I can integrate Bitrix with my Google Calendar or my phone calendar, set up tasks, and access everything from anywhere. As a real estate agent, this CRM-specific use really stands out to me. Being able to load leads and create a sales path for each one is invaluable. The Bitrix team helped with the setup, and after that it was a breeze. What do you like best about Bitrix24?

I don't have to keep track of my calendar; I get reminders for each task that is due, whether it's a client query or simple updates. I can integrate with BI tools for generating reports, and everything is seamlessly managed by the mobile app and desktop application. When I'm traveling or not near my personal computer, I can open the mobile app to check for updates from the tech team or my manager and reply directly through my phone. Sometimes I don't get the mobile app notification, which leads to opening the application to check the notification, which consumes more time. I like Bitrix24's interface and its dynamic nature. I find the History option very useful as it allows me to see all the steps each person took, like who opened a deal, who made changes and when, and who deleted what. The administration page is also very useful, letting the admin decide which users can make changes and what rights each user has.
